Delivery Policy to Residences In the event we arrive at a delivery location and no one is home, the local affiliate will determine the best method of service for you. Some decisions include leaving a voicemail and placing the expression in the care of a neighbor or leaving the arrangement at the door if it has been deemed a safe place for them to be in regards to the weather and their surroundings.
